When it comes to working with peas, green beans, and even carrots, there are so many ways you can dial up the flavor.

From lemon seasonings to balsamic, sweet molasses, or the simple taste of garlic, creating delicious side dish options is so simple. While I am a big fan of side dish casseroles and crock pot veggies, there is no need to mega plan to create a simple 15-minute vegetable side dish that compliments your chicken dinner.

I love sugar snap peas. They are kind of fun to eat with that little crunch and are not something I eat often, so I always enjoy them.

These sauteed sugar snap peas are also easily converted to snow peas; no matter what, you can expect a simple and flavorful side without too much work.
