Mini Pancake Skewers

While this isn’t precisely a pancake recipe, this is a fun idea for charcuterie boards, special breakfasts for kids, and perfect for a holiday brunch party.

Mini silver dollar pancakes (homemade or frozen is fine) piled on a kabob with fresh fruit like strawberries and bananas between.

Dusted with powdered sugar, these grab-and-go breakfast skewers are as adorable to look at as they are to eat.

Sticks, Skewers, and Kabobs

Before you get started, you will need to have skewers on hand. We suggest smaller bamboo skewers like these or blunt-end swizzle sticks. If you get full-size sticks, there will likely be too much food on one skewer to fill it up, so stick with shorter-inched ones.

Why you will love making Mini Pancake Skewers!

Fun and Creative – Because this idea is straightforward, it’s perfect for getting creative. Make homemade pancakes and switch up with mini chocolate chips or sprinkles.

Additionally, try a wide range of fruits like grapes, kiwi, and raspberries for more fun colors and flavors.

Skip the Fruit – Instead of adding fruit onto the pancake kabobs; it’s OK to get savory. Add mini sausage links or patties or pieces of cooked bacon. Serve with a side of pancake syrup for dipping!
