How to Make Roast Beef and Cheddar Sliders

Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease an 11″x7″ baking pan with nonstick spray. Place the bottom halves of the Hawaiian rolls into the prepared pan.

Spread a thin layer of horseradish sauce over the rolls. If you’re not a fan of horseradish, feel free to use mayonnaise or mustard for a milder flavor. Layer on 5 slices of cheddar cheese (you may need to cut the slices to fit the buns).

Add the roast beef, spreading it evenly over the cheese, then top with the remaining 5 slices of cheddar. Place the top halves of the rolls on the sliders. Brush the melted butter over the tops of the rolls and sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning for extra flavor and crunch.

Bake for 16-18 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot. These sliders go great with a side of Arby’s sauce or horseradish for dipping!

Tips for Roast Beef and Cheddar Sliders

  • Make them spicier: If you want a little heat, add a few slices of jalapeño or use pepper jack cheese instead of cheddar.
  • Add a dipping sauce: Serve with horseradish, Arby’s sauce, or even a side of au jus for an extra flavor boost.
  • Prepping ahead: You can assemble these sliders a few hours in advance and store them in the fridge. Bake them just before your guests arrive for an easy, hot appetizer.

Yes! While roast beef is traditional, you can also use thinly sliced steak or even leftover pot roast for a different flavor.

Sharp cheddar is classic, but you can also use provolone, Swiss, or even blue cheese for a stronger flavor.
