Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries

I’ve made these cheesecake deviled strawberries more times than I can count, and they never fail to disappear within minutes! Juicy strawberry halves are filled with a rich, creamy cheesecake mixture and topped with a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs for the perfect no-bake party appetizer or dessert.

Not only do they taste amazing, but they also look gorgeous on a cold dessert tray—ideal for parties, holidays, or birthdays!

This is one of my favorite last-minute dessert recipes because it requires no cooking, comes together in minutes, and everyone really loves. While there will always be plenty of dips on the table, I feel like having a grab and go fruit is a no brainer.

Plus, any leftover cheesecake filling can still be used as a dip with fresh fruit, making this a win-win recipe with multiple ways to enjoy!!

Ingredients for Cheesecake Strawberries

This recipe is a twist on my strawberry fruit dip, which I transformed into a cheesecake filling for fresh strawberries. If you love strawberries and cheesecake flavors, you’re in for a treat!

What You’ll Need:

  • 2-3 lbs. fresh strawberries, washed and sliced in half
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow cream
  • 1 small package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin (dry powder only)
  • 1 small tub (8 oz) Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed
  • 1-2 graham crackers, finely crushed

Pro Tip: For the best presentation, use firm, ripe strawberries that aren’t overly soft. This helps them hold their shape when filled.

How to Make Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries

Similar to deviled eggs, these strawberries are cut in half and filled up with the most delicious of fillings. You can also get creative with this in the future, and I have added some suggestions below.

Step 1: Prep the Strawberries

Slice each strawberry in half and place them cut-side up on a flat serving platter. If any strawberries are wobbly, shave off a small portion from the bottom so they sit level. This keeps the filling stable and makes piping easier.

Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling

In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and marshmallow cream until completely smooth—no lumps! Add the dry strawberry gelatin powder and thawed Cool Whip, then continue beating until the mixture is light, fluffy, and fully combined.

Step 3: Fill the Strawberries

Transfer the cheesecake mixture into a pastry bag fitted with a large star tip (I have found through testing that 1M tip works best). Pipe a generous dollop onto each strawberry half. For the best look, double-pipe a second layer on top to create a pretty swirl.

Step 4: Garnish & Serve

Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the filled strawberries. If you want to mix things up, which I sometimes do, try crushed Oreos, chocolate shavings, or even a drizzle of Nutella, caramel, or melted chocolate!

Serving Tip: These are best served immediately, but you can refrigerate them for up to 2 days in an airtight container.

Helpful Tips for this Recipe

Storage: While these are best enjoyed fresh, leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Just know that strawberries release moisture over time, which may soften them.

Party Favorite: I make these for birthday parties, summer BBQs, and holidays, and they always go fast! They’re also a fun and easy treat for special occasions like Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, or anniversaries. They LOOK fancy, so they can be served at fancy events.

Topping Variations: Instead of graham crackers, try crushed cookies, toasted coconut, mini chocolate chips, or a drizzle of ice cream strawberry sauce. Get creative with those toppers!
