  1. Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9×13 baking casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. Add beef and onion to a large skillet and heat over medium-high heat, browning beef and cooking until onion is translucent. Drain grease.
  3. Add beef mixture to the prepared baking dish.

  2. Pour broth on top and spread evenly into pan.
  3. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove foil, stir and cover again; bake for another 20 minutes.
  4. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
